Responsibilities

Data Center Scheduler


As a Scheduler, you’ll be helping manage project timelines from early planning through final turnover to ensure a smooth, on-time project execution. HazTek is seeking an experienced Data Center Scheduler in Houston, TX to support schedule analysis and reporting for a large-scale data center build. This role is critical in maintaining clear timelines, identifying potential delays early, and supporting overall project success.

 

Schedule Development & Standards

  • Owner-side schedule review and auditing for project activities
  • Coordinates with general contractors, superintendents, and project leads
  • Validates master schedules, updates, and delivery timelines in Primavera P6
  • Identifies timeline risks and offers practical schedule solution
  • Tracks key milestones and equipment deliveries to keep the project on schedule
    •  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience required
  • Strong experience using Primavera P6 required
  • Experience on data center builds or large commercial construction projects
  • Solid knowledge of critical path scheduling and delay analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
